Polishing, brushing and foiling

We have invested in our own in-house polishing and foiling machinery for processing, finishing and protecting stainless steel sheet.

Polishing and brushing stainless steel

Thanks to our polishing operation, we can polish any stainless steel sheet to the required grain, or brush it. Duplo (combination of polishing and brushing) is also available. This is how we achieve the required visual effect.

Protective foil

A foil is applied to protect stainless steel sheet during transport and subsequent processing. We even offer various options for the type of foil: white, easypeel, fibre laser, CO² laser, etc. We would be delighted to give you technical advice about what would be the right choice to meet your preferences and requirements.

Stacking pallets

To ensure safety and stack the heavy stainless steel sheet onto transport pallets swiftly without causing any damage, we use our own stacking machine.
